Week 3

Today's morning practice was awesome! We ran 4 miles and it was SUPER COLD!! To top it off I didn't wear a long sleeve undershirt. WHAT WAS I THINKING???  I was freezing the whole time and couldn't feel my arms after the 2 mile mark ha ha! Afterwards we had a quick nutrition info session. I seriously need to start eating more healthy. We then had breakfast at La'Madeleine's. Stephanie and I ordered a yogurt parfait with wheat toast, orange juice and water. 

Right now I'm about to shower and get on with my day. Have an awesome weekend!!!
